Regatta Meal Ticket Bookings

The tickets to the Friday welcome dinner, the breakfasts, the Sunday BBQ and the Presentation dinner are being managed through the RSAYS’s application “TryBooking. The Saturday night meal at the Port Vincent Sailing club will involve a seperate booking/transaction as it is managed by the Port Vincent Sailing club’s “TryBooking app. They are not linked.

If you are booking meals through the RSAYS app you CAN do all the bookings with the one payment. You have to use the “buy more tickets” to continue to the next meal and thus not progress to the payment page.

Friday Night

 

"Meet the Fleet" Dinner: $30.00
Friday 6.30 - 8.30pm

The local Port Vincent Coast Guard volunteers are providing a meal of BBQ meats/salad, a sausage curry, sweet and sour pork and deserts in the big marquee after the Adelaide to Port Vincent passage race. Vegetarian options will also be available upon request.
I am sure you will regard this as great value and an easy option after sailing as the presentations will be made after the meal.

You may wish to make an additional donation to the Coast Guard in the tin at the meal as they are a big part in protecting our sport.

  • Results and presentations for the passage race.

  • A welcome to all competitors from the KOG committee.

  • Yachts for the North Haven/Wireless Communications
    teams event will be selected. ($1000 team prize)

Our fantastic hot breakfasts are served in the marquee from 8.00 to 9.30 am.
As usual breakfasts will be catered for by the local Coast Guard volunteers.

The hot breakfast includes:

  • Eggs

  • Bacon

  • Tomato

  • Sausages

  • Toast

  • Tea/Coffee.

  • Bring your own plates and cutlery.

This ticket is for the Saturday morning breakfast only.
Please note there will be no breakfasts on Monday or Tuesday morning.

What better way to finish a days sailing. Sharing a drink, a hearty two course meal whilst watching the sun go down over the bay.The Port Vincent Sailing Club is pleased to host the Saturday evening meal for King of Gulf participants. Book here to get your tickets. There is no reserved seating.

Entry from 5:30pm.
Bar facilities available with a selection of good quality wines.
No BYO.
Limited tickets and no ticket sales at the door.
Meal is $35 per adult  + $15 per U12 child.
Main meal is Lasagna with salads + desserts.
Fine wine selection available - strictly no BYO
Maximum 10 tickets per booking.
Unfortunately we are unable to provide transport to or from the venue for this function.

Meat and Salads provided by the Port Vincent Bowls Club

Sunday 11th February evening meal in the marquee.

You used to supply the meat for this BBQ but this has been changed due to feedback. Now the bowls club will supply both the meat and salads with rostered crew from the RSAYS cooking the BBQ’s.
BBQ cooking times for the meat will be from 6.30 - 7.30pm.

Tickets are limited to 150.
The gourmet salads will be provided by the Port Vincent Bowls Club.

The choice of salads may include.

  • Hot Potato bake

  • Asian cabbage and crunchy noodle salad

  • An egg based salad

  • Pumpkin and nut salad

  • Beetroot and fetta salad

The day’s race presentations will be made during the meal.

Monday
The "King of the Gulf" presentation dinner will be held at the Port Vincent Bowling Club (26 Talbot Rd, Port Vincent SA 5581)

You must purchase your presentation dinner tickets from the link below.
As the venue will be fully booked, we cannot guarantee that you can all sit at the same table. It will be first come, first served.
We hope there will be some flexibility but we CANNOT guarantee it.
LUCKILY, everybody at the KOG is nice anyway.
